This spacious detached property has been decorated to a high standard and would suit both family and friends who want to be close to the beach. It also offers a tranquil position set high up from the beach (giving you sea views), but still within walking distance. With its beautiful inlets and secluded beaches, Combe Martin is very popular with kayakers and paddleboarders you can hire out water sports equipment from the local companies in the village. Exmoor National Park is on your doorstep which offers stunning moorland, woodland walks and magnificent wildlife. For a great day out visit Combe Martin Wildlife Park, Exmoor Zoo or coasteering at Watermouth Bay all within 8 miles. Only 12 miles away are the picturesque villages of Lynton and Lynmouth which are connected by the highest and steepest fully water powered railway in the world. Stepping inside the property, you arrive in the open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to try out new recipes with your loved ones. Including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining room has a large table to seat six people and a lovely wood burner for colder evenings, and patio doors leading onto the patio for balmier nights. As you walk into the hallway there is a separate WC with a washer/dryer, and off the hallway is the comfortable lounge with sumptuous sofas a Smart TV with a basic Sky package and a wood burner everything you need to settle down and watch a movie together. From here, you ll find the snug/games room with a Smart TV and board games, and patio doors leading out onto the patio. Heading upstairs, there are four bedrooms made up of two king size bedrooms, a single bedroom and a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) this last bedroom has patio doors leading onto a small balcony. On this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Step outside into this beautiful, enclosed garden with stunning views and you ll find a decking area with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture perfect for al fresco dining on those lovely warm evenings. There is a shed for storing bikes and surfboards and a hose with hot and cold water. To the front of the house is a sloping driveway that can fit up to three cars. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size, 1 single and 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC and 1 separate WC. Electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Ground floor WC houses the washer/dryer. Snug/games room with Smart TV. 2 wood burners (first basket of logs included). Smart TV with basic Sky package in lounge and Smart TV in snug. Storage for surfboards/bikes. Outside hot and cold water. Enclosed garden with decking, seating and charcoal BBQ. Off road parking for 3 cars. Beach, pub and shops within 1 mile. In one of the king size bedrooms, the bed is against the wall and therefore has restricted access.
