The open plan living areas are perfect for a sociable holiday with family and friends. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Halwyn, not far from the Camel Trail. Numerous sandy beaches, ideal for surfing, are within about a 15 minute drive. Sleeps: 7. Bedrooms: 3. Beds: 1 x Super Kingsize (6’), 1 x Kingsize (5’), 1 x single (3’) with 1 x pull-out (3’) and 1 x single (2’6” - only suitable for children). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Ground floor converted barn. Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, two refrigerators, dishwasher, freezer and washer/dryer in hall cupboard. Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair provided, but no linen. Outside: Patio, garden furniture, further decked area, sun loungers, climbing frame, swing and slide, further terrace, patio furniture. Pets: 1 pet allowed (except for in July/August) - £25 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Parking: Parking for 2 cars provided. Nearest beach: 3 miles. Nearest amenities: 1.2 miles. Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am. General: Free WiFi provided. Important notes: No smoking.
