Beds: 3 x double (4’6”), 2 x bunk beds (3’), 1 x single (3’). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over 3 floors. Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Facilities for families: Travel cot and high chair provided, but no linen. Outside: Sloping lawns, terraced areas, patio furniture, games room. Pets: 1 small pet allowed - £50 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Parking: Parking for 5 cars provided on driveway. Nearest beach: 4 miles. Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles. General: Free WiFi provided. Security deposit: A security deposit of £200 is required, we will contact you for payment 8 weeks before your holiday is due to start. Important notes: No smoking. NB: Whilst the property accommodates nine people, it is situated in a village location and, therefore parties and loud music disturb the local residents and are not permitted. NB: The main entrance door has a motion detecting facility which faces over the driveway and garage area. This is only viewed when the property is unoccupied and activity is detected. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
