Description
A charming semi-detached cottage, ideally located in the heart of the beautiful town of Malvern, at the foot of the Malvern Hills. Enter the cottage through the stable door and the bright, cheery accommodation will welcome you. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a separate sitting room with dining area providing a lovely space to relax in front of the TV or enjoy a catch up with friends over dinner. Climb the stairs to the first floor bedrooms; the master room offering a versatile super king-size bed which can also be offered as a twin if required. You will also find a luxurious bathroom and single bedroom, though watch your head when entering through the low bedroom doorway! Both bedrooms provide lovely views across the rooftops of Malvern to the countryside beyond. A further shower room is located on the ground floor, just off the sitting room. The cottage also benefits from a utility room/boot room on the lower ground floor. This area can also be accessed from the lane alongside the cottage, making it ideal for muddy walking gear, mountain bikes and drying off the dog after a day on the hills! Outside is a sunny front patio with furniture, a lovely area to relax with a good book or enjoy a refreshing drink before heading out to explore the many pubs and restaurants on offer in Malvern. Take a trip to the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean, the waterfront city of Gloucester, cathedral city of Worcester or visit the many nearby unspoilt Cotswold towns and villages.
The Worcestershire town of Malvern is situated on the eastern side of the Malvern Hills. The town holds antique fairs, WI country markets, farmersÂ’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June, and it also offers shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Nearby there are many outdoor activities and National Trust properties, and the Forest of Dean is only 30 miles away.
