Description
The Kenegie Manor Holiday Park is a small but select park with great facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool as well as a tennis court. There is also an on-site pub, The Old Forge, serving good home-cooked food and a selection of ales. There is also a laundrette and small shop available for everyday needs. The cottage is situated in a quiet area of the park with parking right in front. The ground floor of the property is taken up by the open plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and twin as well as a bathroom. Outside a patio with furniture is ideal for an early morning cuppa or to relax at the end of a day touring this beautiful area of Cornwall. You really are spoilt for choice when deciding where to go for a day out. Penzance, St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Marazion, Newlyn, Sennen Cove and Praa Sands are all major attractions and each one is no more than 10 miles drive. A great location for enjoying this special corner of Cornwall at any time of year.
The town of Penzance has winding streets, shops, clubs, restaurants and a harbour, from where you can enjoy day trips to the Scilly Isles. The South West Coast Path passes through Penzance on its way along the clifftops towards Lands End, and the National Trust owned St Michaels Mount with its hilltop castle and Mediterranean gardens is well worth visiting.
