Jasmine Cottage is a charming character cottage in situated just outside of Newquay and only a 10 minute walk to Porth Beach. Sleeps: 5 Bedrooms: 3 Beds: 1 x king size, 3 x singles. Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels.) Accessibility: Easy access. Kitchen & Utilities: Electric cooker, larder fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Nearest beach: 1 mile. Nearest amenities: 0.3 miles. Outdoors: Enclosed garden and patio to the rear with garden furniture and barbecue and outside hot and cold shower. Small enclosed patio to the front with bench. Parking: Free parking for 1 car available at the church car park a short distance from the property or additional parking in the village square (please refer to parking instructions found in cottage). Family facilities: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page. Pets: Maximum 1 (additional x 1 by arrangement); £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet General: Please note, stag and hen parties are not permitted. Wi-Fi included, gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h & hot water, open fire (basket of logs provided.) Important notes: No smoking. Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
