Boasting three delightful bedrooms, it offers comfortable sleeping accommodation ideal for any family or group who want to explore this lovely region of Wales. The cottage stands in its own grounds away from the farm, and has a large garden that benefits from splendid panoramic views towards the Radnor Forest, Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, making it ideal for alfresco dining on a warm summer's evening. On chillier nights gather in the kitchen with dining area, or nestle by the open fire in the comfortable sitting room and ponder your holiday plans. Set in the grounds is a heated gazebo with a removable dining table and outdoor heater alongside a luxurious six-seater hot tub which has spectacular views over the Welsh countryside. Only two miles away is the village of Llanyre, which has an outstanding pub serving food, while the market town of Llandrindod Wells is a little further and offers a good selection of cafes, shops, pubs and restaurants. The Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia and the beautiful coastal town of Aberystwyth are all within easy driving distance, and there are lots of peaceful walks and mountain biking tracks set in stunning scenery. This area is a birdwatcher's paradise, and with red kites filling the skies that surround it, this delightful cottage provides a refreshing break in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

Llanyre is a small village situated in the Upper Wye Valley. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, and best known for its fishing and walking opportunities, it is within easy reach of the beautiful Elan Valley and Brecon Beacons National Park. Only three miles away is Wales' most central town, Llandrindod Wells, originally a spa town, but today a bustling market town, it boasts ornate Victorian and Edwardian architecture, a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, a good golf course and the historic Rock Park, a renowned attraction which includes a lake popular for boating and fishing. Nearby is the pretty town of Rhayader, home of the Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Station, which is a must when visiting this wonderful region of Wales, renowned for its beautiful scenery, walking, cycling, birdwatching and fishing.
