Please order linked beds in advance. Accessibility: Easy access. Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, Juliet balcony with lovely countryside views. Nearest beach: 3 miles. Nearest amenities: 1.5 miles. Outdoors: Access to extensive shared gardens and orchard, (orchard houses chickens and ducks). Children's playhouse and equipment within the grounds (shared use with The Old Dairy). Garden furniture and barbecue provided. Parking: Plenty of parking. Family facilities: Travel cot, highchair, sterilizer, monitor, cot-side, potty, toddler step, toddler training step and stairgate can be provided. Pets: No pets allowed, sorry. General: WiFi included, electricity included in rent; underfloor heating. Important notes: No smoking, no pets, no short breaks. Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 10am departure.
