The ground floor offers a spacious kitchen with dining space featuring patio doors opening out into the enclosed patio area. The long sitting room has a tiled floor and is ideal for cosy evenings gathered around the woodburning stove in front of the Smart TV. The patio area accessed by the kitchen is gated. It's a short walk to the nearest pub, and just a mile away is the delightful Steeple Grange Light Railway. Chatsworth House is also a short drive away. The former quarry and lead mining village of Middleton quietly nestles on a prominent hillside above the nearby towns of Wirksworth and Cromford, 6 miles from Matlock. The village is centred on a long main street which consists of two good pubs, before eventually winding its way down into nearby Wirksworth with a selection of shops and amenities.
