It has an open-plan living room with kitchen and boasts a bedroom with a super king bed. Doors lead from the living room outside to the patio, which has furniture for two, great for al fresco dining or to just sit, look out to sea, and watching the sun rise. There is also a landscaped garden which is mostly laid to lawn on gentle incline. Enjoy the sound of rolling waves, as well as coastal walks and the culinary delights close by offered by Waves Bar, The Smugglers Inn or the Blue Plate which is just a short walk away along the beach or roadside to Downderry. The Copley Arms at Hessenford, just a five minute drive away, also offers live music and quiz nights. Great inland walks are to be found in Seaton Valley Countryside Park which surrounds the village up until Hessenford. The Monkey Sanctuary is only two miles away and has a fascinating collection of woolly monkeys, amongst other rescued primates.
