Description
The views from the top two floors are ever-changing, you will see the ferry going to and fro Fowey and Bodinnick, boats meandering up and down as well as kayaks and other water crafts. Through the front door you walk into the hallway with the open-plan living room with wood burner on your right and the stairs to the first floor in front of you. There are three bedrooms, two of which have king size beds, one having a full en-suite shower room and all have luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, the family bathroom is spacious and has a separate walk in shower. There is so much to see and do on your doorstep, wonder through the narrow streets to the centre of Fowey, famed for is Regatta week, one of the best sailing event in Cornwall. Take a trip to Bodinnick or Polruan on one of the ferries, you can even take your car. Sandy beaches await at Readymoney Cove to the south or Polkerris and Par Sands are firm favourites. With so much going on in and around Fowey it would be easy to leave the car parked up for your entire stay.
Fowey boasts medieval and Georgian buildings around a beautiful estuary. The South Cornwall coast boasts hidden, sheltered sandy coves and stretches of beaches, pretty villages and fabulous scenery. The Eden Project and the town of St Austell are both within easy driving distance.
