Description

From the period entrance hall you can access the comfortable sitting room with large bay windows and a view of the front garden. Chesterfield sofas, a living flame fire and a Freeview TV make this a lovely place to relax. Moving into the main living area you will find a modern open plan seating area, featuring a 50” TV, adjoining the fantastic newly installed modern kitchen with quartz worktops, large range cooker and all you will need for those dinner parties or family meals. On the other side of this room is a dining area, seating 12, and a bar area where you can play games or be host for the night. Open the patio door from the kitchen area and you access the car park which then leads to the semi enclosed well stocked garden featuring fabulous 6 berth hot tub under its own gazebo plus charcoal BBQ and hard wood bench and table with seating. Take the stairs up to the first floor, where you will find a tastefully decorated family bedroom with en-suite which makes a soothing space to unwind after a long day. You will arrive at three well equipped bedrooms, two doubles with en suite's with the other offering a private bathroom. All are nicely furnished with quality pine furniture and plenty of storage space. Another set of stairs will guide you to one sophisticated double bedroom & one family bedroom, both with en-suite facilities, which make lovely places to relax and read a book before drifting into a peaceful night’s sleep. Both rooms on the top floor offer great views of Bridlington and the coast. Wander into the town centre where you can explore beaches, restaurants and the historic town centre. Further afield, the neighbouring resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Whitby are sure to provide a pleasing visit. This is a delightful cottage in a friendly, charming location.
