The spacious rooms and garden make this cottage the perfect stay for a big group or family with children to come and enjoy this incredible property and location. The ground floor is spacious and excellently furnished with large comfortable sofas in three sitting rooms, two with traditional heating facilities with TVs to make a good range of relaxing rooms when you're not in the garden or exploring the area. The kitchen is large in size and excellently furnished with both modern and rustic features, perfect for cooking home made meals after a long day/ There is also a separate smaller kitchen with an old-fashioned AGA style cooker. One of the sitting rooms boasts a brilliantly quirky spiral staircase leading to two of the four double bedrooms with Jack and Jill access in Waterfall Cottage. There are another two double bedrooms up the conventional stairs, all very well-decorated. The bathrooms are stylish and modern with wooden flooring and delightful decor. This cottage comes with an enormous lawn to the rear, perfect for the children to run and play whilst you sit on the stylish furniture and relax of an evening. There is also a cosy, comfortable conservatory overlooking the garden for all the family to enjoy. Swanton Morley is a quaint, traditional village bearing an awful lot of history with connections to Abraham Lincoln and the Second World War. It is home to an ancient pub and has won awards for the best village and community in the area. Within a short drive is the popular Norfolk town of Dereham offering shops and pubs as well as activities such as a cinema. Norwich is also within easy reach and is most certainly worth a visit. A village set in the centre of Norfolk in East Anglia. Swanton Morley has a lot of history. The village was involved in the Second World War, being the place where the first combined bombing raid was launched between Britain and America in 1942. In 2010, Swanton Morley was voted the Calor Eastern England Village of the Year and the Norfolk Community of the Year. The village offers walking opportunities, fishing along the River Wensum, a butchers, a deli, convenience store and 2 village pubs. A stunning little village set in the incredible Norfolk area.
