Welcoming four people and two dogs, the entrance to Tregonning is through a sun lounge at the front which has comfy seats and a table. On the floor there is a living room with a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a downstairs toilet and a well-equipped kitchen/diner. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – both with en-suite shower rooms. A lovely sun deck outside is accessed through a door in the twin bedroom and there is a useful storage space on the rear terrace for hanging wetsuits. Sleeps: 4. Bedrooms: 2. Beds: 1 x double (4’6”), 1 x twin (3’). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over 2 floors. Kitchen and utilities: Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair provided, but no linen.
