A single-storey lodge-style cottage, the centre one of three converted from the former club house at Dolgellau Golf Club, with golf practice and golf lessons available on the first three holes of the former golf course, by arrangement with the owner, a PGA Professional. The property sits in an elevated position above this popular market town, within the south Snowdonia National Park.
