Located in the heart of this pretty coastal town, this is the ideal property for a family seaside holiday as it is less than a minute to the beach. This tastefully decorated and elegant terraced house provides comfortable accommodation for up to seven people.
With Aldeburgh’s renowned shingle beach just a few metres from the front door, the town’s popular high street shops and restaurants one road away, the yacht club a short walk and the Brudenell Hotel, with its reputable restaurant and outside terrace, literally over the road, what more could one ask of a holiday location?
With the beach being quite so close, there is little need for your own outside space, but should you wish to enjoy an al fresco drink at the end of the day, there is an open area to the back of the house - perfect for catching the evening sun.
The property is also ideal for dog-owners as, with the property being located at the yacht club end of town, dogs are allowed on this section of beach year-round. The main beach does not allow dogs between May and September.
