Poocks Cottage in Oare Somerset sleeps up to 5 people in three upstairs bedrooms one double one twin and one single room The family bathroom is also upstairs comprised of bath with shower attachment toilet and hand basin Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen with dining area this is an extension to the original cottage and benefits from underfloor heating beneath the flagstones There is a sitting room with an efficient wood-burner for topping up the heat and keeping cosy on cooler evenings plus a further snug with open-fire There is also a downstairs bathroom with shower toilet and hand basin The property has a private and enclosed garden to the rear of the property with table and chairs for eating outside in the warmer months Sleeps up to 5 people Three bedrooms one double one twin and one single room Detached country cottage in an idyllic rural location Lovely cottage to get away from it all no TV Fabulous area for walking South West Coast Path passes nearby Large private garden and off-road parking Open-plan kitchen with dining area Wood-burner in the sitting room for cosy evenings in Dogs welcome by prior arrangement 2 maximum for 15 supplement Electricity and heating included Bed linen and towels are provided Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement maximum of 2 A supplementary fee of 15 will be added to your invoice Please do not allow you dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time Poocks Cottage is strictly non-smoking The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests Poocks Cottage is available for week breaks during peak periods Friday to Friday Short breaks may be available at other times
