The Coach House and Stables are two stunning, symmetrical but separate cottages, connected by a covered, cobblestoned cartshed. Refurbished to an impeccable standard, these beautiful properties sit in the heart of the charming village of Minchinhampton, hidden away in a secluded spot behind a private gate.
The Coach House is a beautiful, listed Cotswold stone building fully refurbished with love and superb taste. Walk through the archway of the covered, Cotswold stone cart shed and a stable door opens into a fully fitted kitchen and dining room, as well as a window seat – the perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of something. The equally charming Stables has been refurbished to reflect and respect its working heritage, along with contemporary fittings and furnishings and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. You’ll find some charming touches throughout, including a restored hay manger and a window seat. The original stables theme continues with one of the bedrooms having reclaimed saddle holders as clothes rails, as well as a wire locker wardrobe.
Both properties enjoy their own private outside space and guests can join together for al fresco dining during the warmer months at the large outdoor dining table with benches in the atmospheric covered cobble stoned area. If you're feeling energetic, you are invited to book the hard surface tennis court during your stay.
