East Harwood Farm Cottage near Timberscombe is a pretty cottage with stunning countryside views from every window at the front of the house The property is stone built and is attached at one corner to the owners farmhouse next door The farm has a unique vantage point across the valley with barely another property in sight Very quiet and secluded Sorry but we are unable to accept children under 7 years as this is a farm with ponds and livestock Sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms Low occupancy discount applies if just one bedroom is used Up to four horses can be accommodated by arrangement with the owner Open-plan sitting room with dining table Wood-burner in the sitting room plus central heating throughout Well-equipped kitchen with modern range cooker One king-sized double and one twin bedroom both upstairs Upstairs family bathroom with shower over bath Patio area directly outside with table and chairs Local pub serving food in Timberscombe approx 1 mile Wifi heating and first basket of logs included Additional baskets available on-site for 5 each Bed linen and towels are provided Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and for a supplementary fee of 15 per dog We suggest you keep an eye on your dog if they are likely to go exploring To comply with the owner s insurance policy there is no access to the farm itself or the owner s garden
