Trinity Cottage Roadwater Somerset is a beautiful cottage that has been refurbished throughout during 2018-19 We are sure you will enjoy this lovely cottage in tranquil Roadwater whether it s as a relaxing family holiday or as a base for an invigorating exploration of Exmoor the Quantocks or the stunning West Somerset coastline The property is approached via its own driveway so is very private yet it s a stone s throw from the village shop and a only a few minutes stroll to the local pub Sleeps up to 8 guests in four bedrooms One king-sized double bedroom with ensuite bath and shower One super king-sized double bed zip link which can be made up as twin beds on request One king-sized double bed zip link which can be made up as twin beds on request One double bedroom Two family bathrooms upstairs plus a downstairs cloakroom Large and private gardens surround the property Patio to the rear of the cottage with outside table chairs and barbecue Spacious sitting room with wood-burner Newly fitted kitchen with Aga this is lit from the Autumn through to the Spring as well as an electric oven and hob Breakfast table in the kitchen extendable to seat 8 plus separate dining room Dogs welcome 2 max for supplement of 15 per dog Wi-fi heating and electricity included Bed linen and towels provided Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am unless otherwise agreed with owner Well behaved dogs welcome maximum of 2 for 15 supplement per dog Please do not allow your dogs on the furniture upstairs or leave them unattended Children are welcome but please note that the upstairs windows are low and small children should be closely supervised
