Enter this magnificent property into the grand entrance hall with its oak panelling, antiques and grandfather clock, you will be transported to a bygone era. The charming drawing room enjoys plenty of relaxing seating, beautiful cornicing and elegant chandeliers. You'll want to dress for dinner in the intimate, oak panelled dining room with feature oak carved fireplace; the Billiard room can be transformed into either a grand banqueting room seating up to 40 guests, or a cinema room with its large projection screen. Keen cooks will enjoy the four-oven aga in the well-equipped farmhouse breakfast kitchen, where an additional double oven range cooker, two dishwashers and plenty more appliances are there to make your special family celebratory meals a joy to prepare; however, if everyone would prefer to put their feet up, catering can be arranged in advance. Breakfast will never be a chore as cereals, pastries, fruit and other delights will be laid out each morning in the kitchen.
Enjoy the tiled flower passage with its long lantern roof light and doors to the garden and decked area, boasting the seven person hot tub where you can rejuvenate after enjoying some of the many activities which can be arranged in advance, or perhaps just a simple game of croquet on the lawn.
The fourteen bedrooms, eleven of which have en-suites, have been decorated with unique themes and occupy both the first and second floors.
Outside, soak up the panoramic views across the unspoilt Staffordshire and Shropshire countryside. The terrace is ideal for alfresco dining and barbecues along with and pre-dinner drinks. Don your wellies and explore the four acres of grounds along with the Estate’s tea room and walled garden. This ideally located gem of a property is perfectly situated for visiting the many attractions of the North West Midlands which are in easy reach, with the M6 just a 15 minute drive away.

An additional charge of £50 is payable for use of the hot tub.
The owner lives on site but has a separate self-contained flat with access to his own private garden which is separate to the main gardens.
A complimentary continental breakfast will be available for guests each morning in the kitchen. The breakfast consists of a selection of cereals, pastries, fruit, bread, butter and marmalade on a self-serve basis. Guests make their own tea and coffee, toast and cooked breakfast.
A variety of external services/activities can be arranged during your stay. These include; external caterers coming to Sugnall Hall to provide cooked breakfasts, picnic hampers or formal dinners. Spa treatments. Off road driving. Shooting. Fishing. Horse riding. Cycling, Children's adventure activities.
