Putham Barn Cutcombe Somerset is located on the edge of the village perched neatly on the side of the hill with the valley sweeping away beneath There is lovely Exmoor walks direct from the door and village amenities are less than a mile away Sleeps 2 4 guests Galleried double bedroom upstairs Sofa-bed with sprung-matress for extra two guests or offering flexible sleeping arrangements Garden room with stunning views New kitchen recently fitted Downstairs shower room with shower toilet and handbasin Small paddock in front of the cottage for guests to use if they wish Bed linen and towels provided Wifi heating and electricity included Dogs welcome strictly 2 max for supplement of 15 per dog Strictly no smoking Arrive from 4 pm Depart by 10 am Please note dogs are welcome by prior arrangement maximum of 2 for supplementary fee of 15 per dog This property is situated on next door to a working farm therefore you must ensure your dog is kept under your control at all times as there is likely to be livestock nearby Furthermore please do not allow you dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time Thanks for your cooperation
