Located next to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the lovely coastal village of Portreath is Seascape; an ideal family holiday home, close to beaches, eateries and a variety of shops as well as fun cycling routes and stunning coastal walks. The village of Portreath is some to a glorious golden, sandy beach which is popular for swimming, surfing and kayaking.
The open-plan accommodation features a dual aspect living area with doors leading out to the delightful garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine; which is ideal for keeping on top of those sandy clothes. Take the time to enjoy lazy breakfasts or home-cooked family feasts around the dining table or make use of the outdoor furniture and barbecue on warm summer evenings. After long beach days come home and relax in the well-appointed sitting room; get cosy on the comfortable sofa and put on your favourite film. Also located on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom with wash basin and WC.
Seascape has three plush bedrooms upstairs; two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one single bedroom which comes with an extra foldaway bed, ideal for a child. Both the master room and single room enjoy lovely views to the village centre and out to sea. The family bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC, and services the double and single bedrooms. Outside is a delightful, enclosed garden which is part walled and is the perfect spot to soak in the Cornish sun.
