This elegant Victorian house, dating from 1860, is very well situated within the quaint village of Bonchurch, and located in the South of the Isle of Wight. The area is known for its micro-climate, natural beauty and abundant flora and fauna and is a popular holiday location.
The flexible and comfortable accommodation offers a family sitting room, a separate dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with a laundry area and cloakroom. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and a large double bedroom, and on the second floor is a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Outside, to the front of the property, is a small gated courtyard garden with a table and chairs which catches the morning and afternoon sunshine.
Bonchurch beach is just a short stroll away, and from there you can amble along the sea wall to the seaside town of Ventnor with its selection of restaurants, shops and pubs. The island is ideal for adventure seekers and also guests looking for a chance to unwind and relax. With attractions galore, there is so much to see and do when on the Isle of Wight, and whether you are looking to sunbathe or swim, play golf, enjoy horse riding, walking or cycling; there are opportunities for all the family.
