Orchard Leigh Cottage nestles in the beautiful village of Bonchurch, just below the National Trust owned St Boniface Downs which creates a micro-climate and wildlife haven with lots of flora and fauna to admire on the Downs and within the village. Guests can easily walk to the nearby beach and continue to stroll along to the ever popular Victorian seaside town of Ventnor to enjoy the seaside attractions and the variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.
The cottage has a modern open-planned layout on the ground floor which includes a comfortable seating area for watching television, a bright well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table and chairs. There is a courtyard garden at the front of the property where guests can sit and relax. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, and there is a separate utility room.
