Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of St Agnes, Jubilee House is the perfect Cornish Hideaway. With an array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, a great deli and other amenities on your doorstep as well as the beautiful Trevaunance Cove within a 15-minute walk, you really can switch off and leave the cars parked at the house.
Jubilee House, a stunning double fronted Victorian House, has undergone a complete refurbishment. Its modern open-plan living really does offer the ideal choice for family gatherings and celebrations, with the added bonus of great WiFi.
The bespoke kitchen includes beautiful quartz work surfaces, a double Belfast sink and high specification integrated appliances including a double oven and induction hob. With a stunning bay window seat to sit and watch the world go by, this open-plan dining kitchen is beautifully light and offers plenty of space to sit and enjoy a family meal or gathering of friends.
The sitting room is spacious with plenty of comfy seating, a large television and a roaring wood burning stove which provides a perfect cosy ambience after a day on the beach or following a brisk winter walk along the coastal path nearby.
There is flexible accommodation across five large bedrooms which are located across the first and second floor, along with three modern bath/shower rooms. The house has been furnished with the younger ones in mind, there are games, a craft drawer, books and DVDs for children, as well as an outside tap for washing off sandy toes. If you are bringing your dog, it will enjoy a comfortable bed too, yes everything has been thought of to make this an ideal holiday destination.
To the rear of the property is a south west facing garden with plenty of sunshine and privacy. The patio and decking area offer the perfect space for al-fresco dining with seating for up to 10 guests.
Additional Information:Two well-behaved dogs welcome. (small additional charge). Please refrain from allowing your dog on the furniture or in the bedrooms at all times.
