A family bathroom and utility room complete this spacious ground floor layout. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a family shower room.

The cottage boasts off-road parking behind secure gates, a real bonus given the cottage's central village location. Bretforton is a picturesque village boasting an award-winning pub, the Fleece Inn, the only National Trust owned public house, only a minute's walk away.
