Situated at the top of the prestigious Foundry Field development, this smart modern house is not only beautifully presented but also extremely handy for accessing and enjoying all the delights of the ever popular village of Burnham Market. And, of course, the fabulous North Norfolk coast too.
Built in 2016 to a very high specification, Sandells is a well-equipped property that offers you all the benefits of comfortable, modern living and the convenience of an easy five minute walk to restaurants, galleries and shops galore. On the ground floor, the sitting room has a window seat that looks towards the village over a wide landscaped communal garden with trees, paths and bench seating. This lovely relaxing room has doors opening to a spacious and sunny dining area that sits within the kitchen, and has doors opening to the rear garden where there is outside dining for warmer days. There's the convenience of a separate utility room and cloakroom off the hallway on the ground floor too. Upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms (two king-size and a small double) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom at the front of the house. Outside, you have a choice of two seating areas, a small table and chairs to the side of the house at the front, and a larger garden enclosed at the back of the house offering more privacy.
Sandells is a lovely place to be at any time of the year, and is perfectly suited to couples and friends, as well as a small family, who are looking for easy living and easy access to everything local and coastal North Norfolk has to offer.
