This luxury detached, social three-storey house has been styled and furnished to an exceptional standard and is set back behind a beautiful hurdle and rope fence. Ideal for couples or a group of friends wanting to come together, this family and dog-friendly retreat welcomes you from the moment you step inside the front door with a spacious hallway leading into a large kitchen/dining area and bi-fold doors leading onto the garden. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room takes up most of the ground floor and features the latest built-in appliances making cooking at home a pleasure. From here you can open up the full-width bi-fold doors and step into the fully-enclosed sunny and sheltered south-facing courtyard garden to dine alfresco when the weather is kind. With the fourth king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room located on the ground floor, providing additional privacy for a multi-generational family, it makes living easy.

The quality in this house is something that is evident wherever you look and you will adore the oak and glass staircase and other features that make this house quite unique, also because the sitting room is located on the first floor to make the most of those sea views. On cooler days, light the contemporary wood burning stove and cosy up on the large sofas whilst gazing out to sea as the boats sail out and in on a high tide. From this room you can also step onto the balcony and enjoy a gin and tonic (or two!) whilst watching the sun set to the west. On the first floor you will also find a further spacious king-size bedroom and this one features a gorgeous south-facing balcony. There will no doubt be debate on who has this very indulgent bedroom which comes with a very luxuriously appointed en-suite with a free-standing double ended bath and dressing room area.

Climb a further set of stairs to the top floor and you’ll be equally impressed by the last two bedrooms, which again are extremely well-appointed and styled to the highest standards. To the rear is a spacious and light twin bedroom which comes with a large shower room and also countryside views up towards Barrow Common which provides spectacular walking opportunities. To the front is the master bedroom suite, with a king-size bed and beautiful far-reaching views of the marsh and sea beyond, this also comes with its own private balcony, giving the best views in the house. The en-suite comes with a luxury walk-in shower too. No expense has been spared on the luxury finishes in this property. The owner has styled the property with carefully chosen artwork, artefacts and all the beds are dressed in luxury linens.

With such a wonderful spot, you can park up (there is plenty of space to the front and rear of this property for up to five cars) and explore on foot as it is just a very short stroll to the harbour, the shops, supermarket, The White Horse with its amazing sunset terrace with views over the marsh; The Jolly Sailors and in walking distance of Brancaster beach too.

Brancaster Staithe is one of the most sought-after villages along the North Norfolk coast. Providing amazing views towards Scolt Head Island which you can access by booking a trip through Branta Cruises at high tide, and being close to Brancaster beach and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club, this beautiful house is in a great location. Bring your paddle boards or kayak (or hire from Northshore or Brancaster Boards) and enjoy a sunset paddle around the creaks as the sun goes down. The local area offers a wide range of activities for all ages.
