The property accommodates up to five guests in three bedrooms, making it ideal for families wishing to experience all that Aldeburgh has to offer.
Accessing the cottage from Crabbe Street, enter into the well-appointed sitting room with retro-style furniture and large, comfy corner sofa - perfect for losing yourself in a good book or snuggling up in front of the television. Through the archway the retro theme continues into the dining room with dining furniture for up to five guests. The kitchen, which has access into the rear courtyard garden, is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge with ice box and a Tassimo coffee machine. Whilst there is an abundance of quality restaurants and cafes in Aldeburgh, sometimes it is nice to enjoy a home cooked meal made from the comfort of your holiday home. Upstairs, the property boasts three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom with a 4'6 double bed, and bedroom two with twin 3' single beds share the family bathroom. Bedroom three with a 3' single bed enjoys its own en-suite shower room.
To the rear of the property is a small courtyard.
With both the beach and High Street within walking distance, it's possible to park the car and not get back in it again until you head home.
