The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to prepare some delicious home cooked meals and the large dining table has seating for all guests. There are two reception rooms each with smart televisions with access to Netflix. The main sitting area has comfortable reclining sofas and is the perfect place to relax in front of the cosy wood burning stove after a long day out exploring everything that this beautiful corner of Devon has to offer, or wander through to the sun room and open up the bi-folding doors to the patio on warm summer days. There are three bedrooms to choose from with their own smart televisions: on the first floor is the master suite including a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and opens onto a stunning five metre terrace with glazed balustrade giving superb views down the valley towards Exmoor; also on the first floor is the “Dormitory” with a double bed and a single bed, again with its own en-suite shower room and an enormous walk-in wardrobe; and the third bedroom with a king-size bed is conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for guests with limited mobility or teenagers wanting their own space, and has a double walk-in shower room adjacent to it.
