Modern yet retaining traditional brick and flint walls and rustic wooden beams set on one floor, it comes with use of a shared salt water indoor swimming pool within the grounds of this small barn complex.
Within a short drive to the beach, this gorgeous single-storey bolthole is the ideal get-away for dog-loving couples or a family of four. Perfect anytime of the year, this barn, set within a small complex of neighbouring barns delivers on many fronts. Enjoy winter strolls around the idyllic rolling fields that surround the cottage, or visit the nearby sandy beaches that hug the Norfolk coast.
After a breath of fresh air, cosy up in-front of the roaring wood burning stove and enjoy lunch made with the finest, freshest, local ingredients that can be bought locally. The Gunton Arms, just a short drive from Hawthorne is a celebrity haunt and offers a unique dining experience. A stroll around Gunton's deer park is a treat too.
Head to Cromer or the little known Overstrand beach where lunch at the cafe is a must, as is a visit to the fishmongers next door. During the summer months, take advantage of the cottage garden and make use of the barbecue. The garden is fully enclosed so perfect for the pampered pooches (and children) after a swim in the shared pool which sits next door to Primrose Farm Barn. There is a larger open area of grass within the complex for children and dogs to also enjoy.
