Blackberry Cottage is a modern detached upside down barn conversion with an eclectic collection of furnishings. Although idyllically positioned in rural countryside just eight minutes drive to Norfolk’s sandy beaches, you don’t have to travel as far as the beach for a swim being that you have access to a shared salt water indoor swimming pool with an adjacent games room.
Located in the rural village of Roughton and set within a small complex of similar barns, you have easy access to countryside walks and trails. This upside-down barn offers plenty of space and two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a cosy snug on the ground floor and a larger open plan living area with kitchen/dining/sitting room upstairs with views over the surrounding countryside.
This beautiful cottage sits on its own and offers plenty of privacy for one or two couples or a small family wanting to have a great spot to explore all the coast has to offer. Why not book a seal trip from Morston Quay or booking surfing lessons on Cromer beach (between the months of May-October). Explore the historic National trust properties such as Blickling Hall, Felbrigg hall and Mannington Estate which are all packed with the most amazing grounds and architecture. Blickling Hall also has fun-filled activities throughout the year. Take your own bikes, hire bikes from the cycle hub or walk around the thousands of acres that the estate has to offer.
Following your day of adventures, retire to Blackberry Cottage, cosy up in the snug, put a film on and relax. With two beautiful bedrooms, you are promised a good night's sleep. Or if you need some exercise, head to the pool for a dip before dinner or a long walk around the extensive grounds that you have shared access to within the complex. You also have your own private garden to enjoy too.

Up to four well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
The indoor salt water swimming pool and games room is shared with Primrose Farm Barn, Rainbow Cottage and Hawthorne Cottage - private swimming slots will be allocated to you prior to your arrival.
Children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.
