A chic and contemporary holiday retreat for up to four guests set in the grounds of the Earsham Hall country estate. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border, this holiday home is ideal for exploring both counties.
All ground floor accommodation, The Gardener's Cottage has been tastefully restored and offers high-end, luxury accommodation. The coupling of stylish, contemporary decor and vibrant furnishings throughout makes this a truly opulent holiday retreat. The impressive, well-equipped kitchen features an electric range cooker, dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. The breakfast bar makes for a pleasant spot to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whilst your fellow guests prepare a delicious breakfast. Leading on from the kitchen is a fabulous, light-filled dining and sitting room with glass doors opening onto the enclosed courtyard garden. On cooler winter evenings, the wood burning stove and Smart television make for a cosy night-in. Both bedrooms are stylish and well-appointed with 5' king-size beds (one a zip-and-link, which can be separated to twin single beds on request), Smart televisions and en-suite bathrooms . The master bedroom en-suite features an impressive bath whereas bedroom two has a lovely large shower.
Outside is a large courtyard garden with outdoor dining furniture and a gas barbecue. There is also parking for up to two cars.
As the property sits on the border of both Suffolk and Norfolk, it is conveniently located for exploring and enjoying both counties. The tranquil Broads can be accessed via the River Waveney in Beccles which is a few minutes by car, or why not venture a little further afield to admire Suffolk's impressive Heritage Coast.

Please note: The Gardener's Cottage is located in amongst a number of businesses using other converted buildings on the Estate. Whilst you will be in your own peaceful and private space, it can be busy with the general public visiting these surrounding businesses, and sometimes the workshops, which are open Monday to Friday, will make background noise going about their business.
