From the cosy entrance hall with arm chairs in front of a wood burning stove, to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with elegant spiral staircase up to the mezzanine study area and access to fabulous indoor swimming pool area; the ground floor of Primrose Farm Barn features characterful stone and timber work throughout. Also located on the ground floor are three of the four bedrooms consisting of a twin and a king-size bedroom which share a luxury family bathroom with free-standing bath; whilst the double bedroom is accessed via the beautiful dining room and is served by its own en-suite shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, the stunning sitting room boasts a wood burning stove set within a feature brick fireplace, with relaxed seating and french doors onto the balcony. The remainder of the first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite with continued vaulted ceilings and features a king-size bed with twin single beds (one on either side), making this an ideal family room. The master suite also enjoys a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and a separate walk-in shower; along with a separate walk-in wardrobe.
Outside is a lawned area to the front of the barn, and across the gravelled driveway, a separate grassy area for children and dogs to run around and play ball games. There is plenty of private parking available for up to six cars on the gravel driveway to the side of the property.
The indoor, salt water swimming pool area enjoys a walk-through shower, two loungers, a pool table and bi-folding doors open onto the enclosed courtyard garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The pool and courtyard facilities are shared with other properties on the complex and guests will be allocated times for exclusive and private access.

Primrose Farm Barn has shared use of the heated indoor swimming pool, pool table and courtyard garden with three other barns within the complex. Primrose Farm Barn guests will be allocated specific times for exclusive private access to these facilities. Pre-booked times will be confirmed by the housekeeper directly with you before you arrive.
There is a step down to bedroom three on the ground floor.
