Downstairs, a king-size bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room and a spacious twin bedroom is located next to the bright family bathroom.

Outside is a small lawned garden to the front of the property as well as a private gravelled garden at the rear with a barbecue area and garden furniture, ideal for al-fresco dining.

St Agnes is located on a World Heritage Site and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which has so much to discover. Follow the costal paths and stumble across some historical sites such as Wheal Coates. St Agnes is home to Trevaunance Cove where you can explore the rockpools and see the old harbour remains.
