The attached former barn accommodation is set over two floors and provides a further kitchen and living area with a gym, exercise pool and sauna with double doors opening out onto a large patio area with views of the garden and lake; plus a stunning shower room with changing facilities downstairs. The spacious bedroom with heated walls and an impressive living area with a large corner sofa and music system upstairs is accessed via a spiral staircase, creating the perfect space for families wanting their own space from the rest of the group, but with ample seating for all.

Located close to the village of Bewerley in the heart of Nidderdale, close to Pateley Bridge and Harrogate, The Roundhill Estate is very private and secluded and sits at the end of a long private lane which is flanked by dry stone walls and farmland where you will see sheep and cattle grazing. The one-acre fishing lake is stocked with rainbow trout and has a paddle boat for you to enjoy, although children must be supervised at all times. There is also a golf green with tee boxes and the extensive woodlands are perfect for long or short walks, particularly in the springtime.

The local market town of Pateley Bridge is close by and has the oldest sweet shop in the world; a fantastic butcher and fishmongers, perfect for barbecue supplies; and an abundance of eateries serving homemade locally sourced produce and ales! For those who want to indulge is some 'me time', nearby Grantley Hall is home to the Wellness Spa offering a spa day with an extensive list of treatments and experiences. Adjacent to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is set in the heart of the Nidderdale Area of Natural Beauty, less than 30 minutes away The Roundhill Estate is close to Harrogate and Ripon with an abundance of great schools, bars, restaurants and stylish boutiques.
