Situated in a popular residential area located on the peaceful south side of town sits this lovely single-storey property with a fabulous contemporary vaulted open-plan living space and a sunny south facing sun trap of a garden. And, being only a ten minute walk away from its busy hub and many amenities, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Waveney House underwent an extensive makeover in 2021 and has been transformed from a rather run-of-the-mill '70s bungalow into a spacious, light, bright and airy, stylishly furnished brick and timber modern abode. The sociable living area, with a vaulted ceiling to one end, a smart fitted kitchen, cool dining and comfortable seating areas, overlooks the rear landscaped garden and has french doors to open and bring the outdoor and warm air in when the sun is shining in Norfolk's big blue sky. There are three beautifully presented bedrooms (king-size, master double and full-size bunk) along with two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master. The garden is private and enclosed, and the perfect option for a lazy afternoon sitting in the sunshine, as well as outdoor dining when the weather permits. With the availability of off road parking for two cars as well, the bungalow is a very attractive holiday proposition for couples, friends and a smaller family who are looking for a stress free, relaxing holiday in this popular North Norfolk destination.

A short stroll takes you through to the main shopping street, Staithe Street, where you will find everything you need for your holiday as well as some lovely places to stop for a bite to eat or a drink. Wander down to the Quay, and watch the fishing boats come in at high tide to unload their catch, or try your hand at crabbing. At low tide, all manner of wading birds will come in search of food in the shallow waters. From the Quay you can walk along the raised sea defence to the beach and wonder at the beauty of this stunning wide open coastal stretch.
