The Shore is a 'Green Smart' reverse level home with first floor open-plan living, vaulted ceilings and large glass sliding doors leading out to the south facing terrace, where you will find stunning sea views!

Bedroom one on the ground floor is spacious and light with large sliding doors which open out to the ground floor terrace, overlooking the garden along with its own en-suite shower room. The comfortable super-king size bed is dressed with luxury linens and hi-res audio streaming speakers are recessed in the ceiling . The hallway leads past the family bathroom which boasts a large bath and overhead drench shower. There are two further ground floor bedrooms; one with twin single beds which can be configured as a super-king size bed on request; and a bunk bedroom, perfect for children. Each bedroom is decorated and furnished with flair.

Head upstairs to the open-plan living area, cloakroom and further bedroom suite. The kitchen area boasts quartz worktops, AEG appliances and a Quooker instant hot water tap, and leads into the sitting area with its comfortable corner sofa, contemporary gas living flame fire and the large dining table overlooking the front garden. The balcony is the perfect spot on a balmy evening to sit and listen to the ebb and flow of the ocean nearby.

The first floor bedroom suite is also fabulous; spacious and private, it overlooks the rear terraces and barbecue area. This room benefits from a super-king size bed which can be configured as twin single beds if required, and an en-suite shower room boasting a double walk-in shower and modern fittings.

There are landscaped gardens to the front and rear; the front is south facing and laid to lawn; the rear has a raised sitting area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal cooked on the gas barbecue. Move to the comfortable garden corner suite to sip a sundowner or you might prefer to take a walk along the beach or enjoy a drink in one of the beach bars nearby. This really is the hub for a perfect and well deserved beach holiday in a stylish home on the North Cornish coast.
