Salthouse is full to the brim with pretty flint and chalk cottages set down little lokes and lanes, and it boasts a beautiful church. The pretty villages of Cley-next-the-Sea with its iconic windmill, and Blakeney with is fisherman's cottages and harbour is only a short walk or car journey away. Or explore Blakeney Point and take a boat to see the seals. Dine out at Morston Hall, Wiveton Café, the Wiveton Bell or indeed the Hanser or The George at neighbouring Cley or head to Holt where there are numerous restaurants, hotels, cafe's and delis plus plenty of shopping opportunities. Do take time to get closer to nature and visit the Norfolk Wildlife Trust (almost next door to the property) and spend time learning more about the amazing bird and wildlife that make this coast their home.
