Conveniently placed in the heart of Fakenham, The Tracery offers three decadently styled bedrooms that have been lavished with wonderful care and attention to detail. Formerly a Primitive Methodist church, the building still bears many distinguishing features that tie it to it origins, including the beautiful feature window at the front of the property that has views of the town. Still only a 15-minute drive from the popular Norfolk coast, this is a great option for couples, friends and small family groups.
Following a clever re-design, the property has now been adapted to provide a comfortable living space on the first floor that includes a kitchen/dining room and sitting room. Being an old church building, the large window and beams within this space lend a tremendous amount of character, leaving a calm, light and airy space in which guests can relax.
On the ground floor you’ll find two of the three bedrooms, with the third on the first floor, all of which provide a comfortable sleep and are well served by an en-suite shower room and the family bathroom.
Outside you have the use of two off-road parking spaces and a small shared courtyard by the front entrance. Nearby, you can easily walk to the local shops, cinema and eateries, which include the popular The Red Lion Lounge and Drifters Fish and Chip Shop.
