The New Roundhouse hosts a bespoke wraparound design with three floors, the next more charming than the last. Its rounded design helps add to the cosiness of this property with every floor being meticulously crafted with space in mind.
Surely a whimsical property outside and in; outside, mainly slated all the way around, besides from the exposed brick nestled at the bottom, the interior, so expansive it’ll seem like it never ends with the wonderfully well-crafted wooden staircase connecting all three floors, all the way up to the bright open plan kitchen, dining area and living area located at the top of the property blends beautifully with the rounded design separated by a marble-topped breakfast bar, a gas stove and then out onto a wood decked balcony that overlooks the beautifully kept garden.
Entering the property at the mid-point you will find yourself in the quaint entrance hall with a king-size bedroom and en-suite that hold both a shower and timeless free-standing bath, opposite a twin bedroom with two double beds and in the middle a bathroom housing both a shower and bath; below you are two more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, another with two single beds and shower room just in the centre; the property is able to sleep eight people and with room to spare.
Its garden is undoubtedly the cherry on the top, hosting a hidden patioed barbecue area, children's Wendy house, a stunningly carved all-wood bench, and with it a hug of nature surrounding you.
If you do want to leave, you’ll simply need to follow the footpath close by straight down to the gorgeous Polzeath beach and serene town with many excellent eateries to tantalise the taste buds; if you don’t want to go too far, why not visit the championship golf course that’s overlooked by the property.
