The Felmingham is a lovely, brick and flint converted farm building forming part of Jonas Farm Barns, a small complex of nine barns that have shared use of a heated indoor pool all year round, only two miles away from the traditional coastal resort of Cromer, with its Blue Flag, family friendly beach.
All on one level and characterful with exposed flint walls and vaulted ceilings with beams, it has underfloor heating, ensuring it is warm and cosy year-round. Very comfortable and very well-equipped, the open-plan, light and airy kitchen/ sitting room/ diner opens out on to a patio with garden furniture. There are, in fact, two patio areas (both not enclosed) - the front which faces East and enjoys views across open farmland, and the back, which faces North. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the twin has 3ft single beds, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over.
The Felmingham is a superb base from which to explore this wonderful area of North Norfolk. With a multitude of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and some of the best fish and chips for miles around, you'll be spoilt for choice when it's time to eat, and with beaches, beautiful brick and flint villages and nearby National Trust properties galore, you'll be equally spoilt when it's time to be entertained!

Children and infants welcome, but, please note you will need to bring your own travel cot and highchair with you if they are required.

There is not a washing machine in the property, but there are two washing machines, plus a tumble dryer, in the communal Laundry Hut on site.
Please note: both patio areas are not enclosed.
Guests are able to enjoy the complex's heated indoor pool (13m x 6m), open daily between 09.00hrs and 18.30hrs. Since Covid, you need to book a time slot for your barn - the sign up sheet is in the swimming pool entrance. Swimming towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
There is allocated parking for one car. There is an additional visitor space, but this space is shared with whole Jonas Farm Barns complex, so is on a first come, first serve basis.
