Felltree Cottage is an attractive period home in the Cotswolds, which has been tastefully modernised and turned into a charming holiday cottage for two. Full of period features such as flagstone floors, an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove and exposed beams; along with a good sized garden to the rear of the property, it is the ideal property for a cosy and relaxing break away.

Step inside to the cosy sitting room where the inglenook fireplace invites you to sit back, light the wood burning stove and enjoy the charms of this welcoming room. The kitchen is small but has all you need to enjoy cooking intimiate dinners for two or rustling up breakfast before heading out for the day. Climb the narrow stairs (mind your step!) to the first floor where a small bedroom/study boasts more beautiful exposed beamed ceilings. The bathroom is also on this floor with a bath and hand-held shower attachment. Ascend another steep staircase to reach the master bedroom, with a comfy king-size bed nestled in the eaves and packed with exposed beams from floor to ceiling.

Outside, a charming cottage garden with paved terrace and views open to the surrounding countryside provides garden furniture and a barbecue for lazy summer afternoons.

Broadwell is the quintessential Cotswold village with its classic stone cottages, gently flowing stream with a ford, tranquil village green and of course, a well-loved local pub, The Fox Inn. Just two miles away is the small market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, which offers a variety of tea shops, restaurants, gift and antique shops which are perfect for a leisurely day of shopping. Broadwell is only three miles from Moreton-in-Marsh which has a convenient main line railway station with a regular service to London and Oxford.
