Levante is a stunning contemporary single-storey detached house set in a fabulous quiet but accessible location. It is tucked away down a no-through lane and is just a three minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach and the championship links Golf Course.
Enjoy stylish modern open-plan living and the feeling of bringing the outside in, with Levante's large bi-fold doors that open onto a spacious decked area, ideal for outside entertaining, or, If you fancy a quiet night in, a new smart TV has been added with access to Netflix. The modern kitchen, sophisticated living areas and bedrooms and all of the conveniences will make for a very comfortable stay. Being all on one level it is suitable for all ages and abilities, and would make a great multi-generational family holiday.
Perhaps Old Hunstanton is not an immediate obvious choice next to its more famous neighbouring villages, but once you've discovered it we're sure you'll be back! The wide, fine sandy beach is backed by dunes and beach huts, and so easily accessible. Levante really is a special find for its location as much as it's fabulous architecture and interiors.
Staying at Levante there is so much on your doorstep. Just a stroll away are two excellent pubs – The Ancient Mariners and The Lodge Hotel - and, for a special occasion, there is the much acclaimed Michelin-starred Neptune Restaurant, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy an early morning wander down the quiet lane and across the golf course to beautiful Hunstanton beach. With its soft sand dunes and marram grass, beach huts and excellent beach cafe - you can have breakfast overlooking the sea whilst the children wander around the lifeboat station when open. You can literally spend the day on the beach and retire to Levante at the end of a busy day. In the morning warm croissants are just a stroll away at the village shop, to help you start your day in style. If you want to head further you can still leave the car behind. Being so close to the coast path you can walk for miles, to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton, or to Holme and Thornham where you'll find nature reserves, pubs, a fantastic deli, farm shop... so much to discover along this special coastline you surely won't be bored. The coasthopper bus can bring you home, passing by the coast road hourly in high season, two hourly in winter. But for those who wish to use their cars there is ample off-road parking.
