The double bedroom to the rear, features a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a full size single bed (3ft) with a separate single futon. There is a separate family bathroom too with bath and shower over.
A fully enclosed west facing courtyard garden is both dog and child-friendly and is a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. There is even a beach hut/play house for the children to potter about in and enjoy, or a secure place to store your bikes or your golf clubs after a visit to neighbouring Heacham Manor Golf Club.
