A lovely characterful and cosy cottage located in a private road in the quiet village of Docking, just a few miles from the coast and beautiful Brancaster beach. With vaulted ceilings, exposed brick fireplace and wooden beams, this is a relaxing and romantic couples retreat.
Sexton's Yard has a really lovely welcoming feel as soon as you step inside the front door. Managed by the owners who live close by, a stable door opens into the open-plan living area which has a beautiful exposed brick feature fireplace with multi-fuel stove. With comfortable seating and dining space for four people and a Smart television with WiFi and radio the room is great to snuggle up in with a glass of wine.
The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with modern appliances and solid oak work surfaces and perfect if you want to cook.
Upstairs you will find two stylish bedrooms both with double beds and a shower room.
Outside there is a sunny fully-enclosed shingle courtyard garden with garden furniture so you can soak up the rays and dine alfresco or enjoy the homemade cake the owner bakes for you on arrival!

Duvets and pillows are feather. (Synthetic is available, please request this when booking).
Due to the age and character of the cottage there is restricted head height in the sitting room which measures 1.73m (68").
One well behaved small dog welcome (small additional charge). Please note the property does not allow puppies or larger breeds.
