But if you prefer to eat out, the renowned Titchwell Manor and Briarfields are both just five minutes’ walk from the cottage and serve excellent food.
Close to The Wash estuary, Titchwell is a very popular area for bird watchers throughout the year, but especially during spring and autumn migration, and the spectacular winter geese and wader phenomenon. Conveniently close to the Victorian seaside resort of Hunstanton, as well as Brancaster beach, The Roost is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of North West Norfolk.
