The front door welcomes you with its period charm and its distinctive lead-decorated window, whilst the hallway leads you to the sitting room where you can find space for all the family to relax, with a convenient shower room accessible from here too. Catch up on your favourite TV shows whilst warming yourselves in front of the delightful woodburner. The equally spacious open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with all you could need to create delicious meals and gather together around the table planning the next day’s adventures. From the patio doors, you can enter the courtyard-style garden where you can sit, relax and enjoy the summer’s evening after spending the day at the beach or exploring. Climbing the wooden stairs, you will find a large master king-size bedroom with lovely wooden floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, as well as a large double and twin, all rooms offering delightful views across the town and are light and airy. The family bathroom has a bath and a separate shower, so you can decide how best to prepare for your day. Tucked away in the quiet residential area, Sandsfoot Beach is perfectly located for exploring all that the Jurassic Coast has to offer, including walks on the South West Coast Path, sailing and other watersports at the national sailing academy, and the many different beaches that are on offer. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods.
