Brewers House is a Victorian three-storey terrace house situated in a quiet area, just moments away from Brewers Quay and Weymouth’s old harbour. Sleeping seven guests means that all the family can come and enjoy some quality time by the sea. The ground floor offers a light sitting room with a gas flame-effect fire, perfect for sitting back and relaxing whilst you catch up on your favourite TV shows. A kitchen/dining room provides a large enough space for everyone to cook a delicious dinner together, or to sit around the table sharing holiday memories. Finally, there is a small sun room which leads to the enclosed rear garden where you can sit in the sun with a drink or sit back, close your eyes and take it all in. The first floor offers two well-presented bedrooms; a large master bedroom and a twin bedroom which faces the rear garden and a quirky family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The second floor offers a spacious single bedroom, a large shower room, as well as a further double bedroom. With its fabulous location, Brewers House is brilliant for exploring Weymouth on foot. The harbour, Nothe Gardens and Forte, Newton’s Cove beach and Brewers Quay are all under one mile away. Weymouth’s award-winning beach and town centre are just over a mile away and can be easily reached within a 15-minute walk. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
